The Restaurant

Our cuisine carries the authentic flavour of the land and follows the rhythm of the seasons. The ingredients come straight from our farm: meat from our own livestock, cheeses, vegetables and seasonal produce.

Two dining rooms welcome you: one more intimate, with a fireplace, perfect for winter evenings; the other open and bright, overlooking the nature that surrounds the Oasi.

Restaurant FAQ

Is the restaurant open to non-staying guests?

Yes, the restaurant is open to everyone, not just room guests. For dinner, however, reservation is required, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Call +39 06 4977 8132.

Do you serve vegan or gluten-free meals?

Absolutely. We are used to handling intolerances and dietary preferences. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare in the best way.
